Please read the terms and conditions of Sirinadesigns.

Payment

Payment to Sirinadesigns is accepted via Paypal,Google Checkout, cheque or postal order. If paying by cheque or postal order please make payable to Kelly Griffiths and send to the address on the contact us page. If paying by cheque please ensure you include the long card number (the number across the front of the card), the expiry date and the issue number of the cheque card. These details need to be included on the back of the cheque. All orders will be posted once payment has been cleared.

For all personalised cards work will not start on the order until full payment has cleared.

For all personalised orders for other items a deposit of 50% is required. Orders will not be processed until the deposit has been recieved. An email confirmation will be sent letting you know when full payment is required, orders will be sent out once the full balance has been settle. In the event of a cancellation this deposit is non-refundable. Alternatively you can pay the balance in full when placing order but in event of cancellation 50% of the balance will be kept by Sirinadesigns.

An invoice from Sirinadesigns will be sent with all orders.

Please DO NOT send cash through the post.

Discounts

If you have a discount code to use please enter it at the checkout stage. The price will then be altered automatically. The discount price will not show up until the checkout stage. If you cannot get your discount code to work please contact Sirinadesigns and we will have a look into the problem for you.

 Delivery

All items purchased from Sirinadesigns will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Sirinadesigns gets proof of postage for all items sent. If you would like your items sent by recorded post please email me at sirinadesigns@blueyonder.co.uk. If you would like your order posted any other way please contact me to arrange this.

Delivery times

Cards from stock will be posted the next working day of payment clearing.
Cards made to order will be posted within 2 days of payment clearing.

All items are posted in a secure and safe manner. Sirinadesigns cannot be held accountable for any damage caused by the delivery process.

Please allow up to a week for royal mail to deliver your order. If you have not recieved your order within a week of your payment clearing please contact Sirinadesigns.

 Postage

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

If you are not 100% happy with your order when it arrives, please return it in a new and unused condition within 14 days for a full refund. If the item is faulty then the full cost will be refunded.
If you would like a replacement item instead of a refund the new item will be dispatched as soon as the original faulty item is recieved back by Sirinadesigns.
On all personalised orders refunds and returns only apply if the item is faulty, due to the item not being re-saleable.

If you would like to cancel your order please do so as soon as possible. If your order is personalised and work has begun or parts ordered then the deposit will be retained by Sirinadesigns.

Please could you let me know the reason for any returns and cancellations.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering

You can order items from Sirinadesigns in 3 ways - online, by post or by phone.

If ordering online - click on the 'add item to basket' button. You can then either continue shopping or pay for your items.
If ordering by post - fill in the order form (available to download) and send to Sirinadesigns (address on contact us page)
If ordering by phone - call Sirinadesigns and quote the reference number/item name of the item(s) you would like to order. If ordering by phone you will speak to a human being not an automated system.

There is no minimum order value (except on invitations)

If you would like to use images or text from different designs please fill in the personalisation box or email Sirinadesigns.
Sirinadesigns can make designs to your specifications so if something you would like is not on the website please contact me and I will try my best to accomodate you.

If you are ordering personalised items please ensure all names/dates, etc are printed clearly and spelt correctly on the forms as this is the information Sirinadesigns will use to make your order.

Safety

All embellishments and decorations are attached to items made by Sirinadesigns as securely as possible, however there is a slight chance they may come loose. The items sold by Sirinadesigns are not designed for toys and should be kept out of the reach of young children due to the potential choking hazard.

The candles sold by Sirinadesigns are for decoration only and should not be lit at any time.

Privacy

Sirinadesigns will not pass your details onto any 3rd parties. Your details are used purely for the processing and posting of your order and will not be kept on file. If you opt to join the mailing list then you will recieve emails or newsletters from Sirinadesigns and can opt out of the service at any time.

Prices

Sirinadesigns reserves the right to change the prices of the items for sale at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

These terms and conditions need to be agreed before any order can be completed.
